At Ospira Technologies, we are committed to delivering valuable insights and a high-quality experience. Because our services involve time-sensitive psychometric processing and digital delivery, our refund policy is structured as follows:

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel your purchase within 24 hours of payment and before the assessment has been started
  • There is a technical failure on our platform that prevents you from accessing the service
  • You are charged twice for the same service due to a billing error

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • You completed or partially completed the assessment or received a report
  • You are dissatisfied with the interpretation or outcome of the report (as it is subjective and based on responses provided)
  • You change your mind after accessing the product or fail to use the service within the access window

Process for Requesting Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@ospirax.com with your full name, registered email, payment details, and reason for requesting a refund
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the original payment
  • Valid requests will be processed within 7–10 business days

Cancellations

You may cancel your registration or booking within the platform dashboard before starting the assessment. No cancellation is possible once the report generation has begun.
